Welcome to gemchan

Gemchan is a gemini message board (software)

It's currently in development and I'll share the source code of it once I'm not embarrased of how bad it is.

Design goals

• similar to message boards like 4chan
• easy to post/create threads/reply/delete
• use tls certs/fingerprints to display (You)s
• maybe allow users to specify URL to fetch thread images from (bad idea, potential security risk)
• easy to install
• easy to configure
• use as little cgi files as possible
• preferrably make them run a single time for function they do
• do not create tmp files
• avoid redirects
